Previously have always found your company easy to deal with and prompt service. When I had to phone regarding an order I wished to make the member of staff was extremely helpful. I was always purchasing for my daughter - who is the coffee drinker - and she has taken over financing her own habit. We also discovered that we could get Flavia coffee from Amazon with free postage so I'm afraid that is what she now does. It certainly is no reflection on your company or service, just cost. Hope that helps in some way.
