Milk on cereal? Try tea instead!
When it comes to breakfast cereals you have an amazing choice of milks. There’s the traditional cow’s milk that has been served for generations and remains the most popular and most widely available. Cow’s milk is closely followed by goats milk and sheep’s milk. Then there are the oat milks, rice milks, cashew and other nut milks and a wide variety of vegetarian and vegan alternatives too.
With all this choice one might wonder why anyone would want to have any more choice, but there is an extreme end of the spectrum for breakfast cereal lovers. According to a recent survey conducted by Kelloggs, who know a thing or two about breakfast cereals, 13 per cent of UK adults confessed to shunning milk altogether in favour of tea or coffee to ‘wet’ their cereal in the mornings!
Oh, yes, don’t get us started on Yak or Giraffe milk.
