Internal Tank Cleaning
Every 2-3 months (time can vary due to water quality in your area) it is recommended to do an internal tank clean. This is done by draining
the tank, opening the top maintenance panel, and wiping the inside of the tank with a dry clean cloth. Remove the sieve and water filter to clean around those areas too.
Once complete, a manual flush process is required before refilling the tank.
Changing the water filter
The filter is replaceable by the user with a new unit. The existing filter adaptor should be reused. To replace a filter
Step One
Open the top-front panel and remove the sieve by pulling it up.
Step Two
Reach inside and pull the filter cap upwards until the filter and the filter adapter are removed.
Step Three
The filter adapter can now be removed by twisting counter-clockwise
Step Four
Re-attach the filter adapter to the new filter. Remove the filter cap from the old filter and attach to the new filter.
Step Five
Once all three components are attached, insert the reassembled filter back into the module by aligning the adapter with the hole in the base of the unit and push down until a hard stop is reached.
Step Six
The filter assembly should sit vertically inside the unit. The sieve should sit on top of the filter cap when inserted correctly. Finally please follow 'Manual Flushing' proceedure here
